BizTalk OTAP: Wait for BizTalk 2009?

I am facing a new challenge in deploying an OTAP within two organizations or at least a case, where customer is asking itself about which version for an complete OTAP environment. Question here is should a customer wait until BizTalk 2009 is released or deploy an OTAP now based on BizTalk Server 2006 R2. In my opinion it depends on the situation the customer is in.
